My neighbor asks me to have look at his TM nano 2 super as he has lost all channels after moving his box.

I suspect a faulty Comection so ensure all connection were tight and secure. With no improvement.

Both tuners showed no sat lock at all.

Checked alignment of Dish and all ok. Replaced shot gun cable with no improvement either.

Took the box to my house and both tuners locker to 28.2 and all channels found.
However I used my power supply and not his.

After looking at all the variables I thought what if his PSU is faulty and indeed it is. I checked for voltage output from tuner and was 0.3v not the 13v

If i use my PSU on his box it Locks on to the satellite.

Strange. Anyone had similar issues

Box is a month out of warranty. Typical lol

Will contact WOS on Tuesday and see if I can get a replacement PSU.

Any 12V 3 Amp PSU will work.

It is indeed a good move my TM to make the PSU separate and external. My TM external ones have not failed.

Yeh read some post abu about internal psu failures.

Was just surprised every other function of the box works
