Unable to download a image manager backup.

when I wrote the title I thought I had solved the subtitle issues.

Ive Two issues today

1- earlier today i switch on tv and bbc HD showing subtitles & cant get rid of them tried the setting in subtitles and auto language. am not sure how is was activated in the first place (someone in the house hold p***ing around with settings).

2- I wanted to restore an image (5.0 008 or 007) from my current image 5.0 009 and I keep getting the x sign (not letting me download image). Backup manager works fine.

I guess a reflash then and see if this works

Maybe you could copy the image folder from the imagebackup zip file to the root of your USB stick and then reboot.

You cant download an image or you can't flash an image?

EDIT:
Arm CPU receivers cannot flash/restore images using openvix. You must use a USB flash drive. As per previous poster, transfer a backup image to USB flash drive.
