Now I can get that, but my location is not the UK .... so either your dish is badly aligned or not in UK?

Maybe you can describe the hardware connected to the receiver, in terms of dish etc. Then you describe the tuner configuration.
I'm uk and dish aligned as I get every channel. Other than these

Check you LNB, alignment and LNB skew. Will most likely be one of those.
I'm uk and dish aligned as I get every channel.Don't jump to conclusions. ITV HD needs a lot more signal than other channels because it is 8PSK 3/4.
All the "missing" channels require more signal than "normal" SD channels ... this is not normally observable in the UK, but I can assure you it is so:)
As Huevos has said, ITV HD in particular of the three is the most difficult, but because of their very tight beam (which in the UK should not be an issue), alignment errors can "expose" the issue....
As you can scan it, what sort of signal are you seeing on Satfinder and does it peak & trough???
(Menu/setup/service searching /signal finder)
Check you LNB, alignment and LNB skew. Will most likely be one of those.
Ok transponder 10847v - 23000 2/3 8PSK
17.0dB
SNR 100%
AGC 82%
Can pick up channels 9 channels on transponder.
