All channels gone vu solo

Hi need some help please
I have a vu solo box everything was working great for 3 months.
But today all channels don't work.
message appears saying service unavailable check tuner configuration
Installed on the vu solo is black hole .
Iv tried setup, service searching ,automatic scan and zero channels are found.
I'm not really tech say and need help. Thanks

Look at your feed and f-connectors to your Solo receiver.
