Hi

I cannot access my recordings that are located on the HDD from the remote control. When I press the recordings button on the remote, the box crashes and the error screen states that there has been a software problem. Crash log file has been sent

What image & build are you using?
Sounds like it could be an old one.

Stated above ViX Apollo Build 166. Yes it is an old image but it has been very stable up to now.

That is really old now. You need to update the new build

Don't see those details on Tapatalk.
You can manually edit your enigma settings file to remove the last used movie directory, or easier & better, use a current image without this issue.

That's true, but when upgraded my other GB Quad to Vix 4 I was having issues with not loading the EPG from Crossepg occasionally. But if the new Vix 5 is improved I may have to upgrade, but still would like to know why the issue happened in the first place?

OK understood. I will look at the files using Filezilla and see if I can resolve it from there. Failing that I will do an upgrade.

you will be better of updating to the latest ViX Image now as the problem that you had with your Gigablue where Driver related and nothing to do with Vix as i had the same issues with my Quad+ it took about 8 Vix Updates until Gigablue finally updated the Drivers to fix the problem and version 5.0.007 is running fine on my Quad+ and my Duo2 :thumbsup:
