All Menu freezing

hi all

firstly sorry if i am posting in the wrong location as im new to the site.

I have a zgemma h2s box with Vituosso Image Xtreme (image - 5.3.0 release) installed.

The problem i have is no matter what menu i use after courser 5 times it freezes for 30secs and the same happens each time i try to navigate anywhere. Gets annoying to wait when changing channels

is there a fix for this?
