Fix for Kodi 17 Skin shortcuts Error on builds

open a putty / SSH session and type

opkg install python-profile

You will then not get skin shortcut error, well I havent so far, but this also means
you would now be able to edit tabs/sub menus/adjust builds/make your own across many skins."
