Hi to all, I am thinking of starting again with my satellite setup and need some advice.
Is my TM6900hd scrap now, if so can you recommend a replacement which will give easy access to keys etc to open other channels. I have read good reports on ZGEMMA and VU+ DUO. Will I need a newer lnb as my stuff is 8 years old now.
I am mostly interested in football and boxing etc I imagine everyone will understand what I am looking for.
I don't want to spend loads and there seems a lot of receivers under £100 that sound good but I would be prepared to buy something like the VU+DUO if the experts here could guide me.
I haven't tried the system for a few years so I am hoping the motor etc will still move the dish.
Any help would be really appreciated, I am a complete novice but I had a lot of enjoyment with my TM 6900HD and looking forward to having another go.
I have a 4k tv but I believe that its not worth looking at 4k receivers yet, is this correct.
Thanks to anyone who has the time to reply.
Regards,Rob.

Avoid the Zgemma as it's clone. Duo is too old.

Any box that supports Enigma is good, the diff in price is due to spec etc.

If 100 is a fixed budget then look at the technomate or mutant boxes.

Thanks Stanman, No £100 isnt my limit nearer £200 if its worth it. I am just not sure which one to go for, the Mutant hd sounds good I was just hoping for advice.
Thanks again,Rob

if your budget stretches to £200 the I also consider the octagon sf4008. I've always stuck to Vu+'s and decided to but the sf4008 and works great on a 4k telly. picture is far better.

the sf4008 and the HD51 will need to use oscam or ncam
