DISEqC 2x2 switch?

I have two dishes. I did not set them up, but I believe there is a 2x1 switch the feeds to my STB in bedroom.

I plan getting a second box for downstairs, do I need a second 2x1 switch, or a 2x2 switch (2 input 2 output)?

Ive already got a wire running to downstairs, but I believe it is only connected to a single dish.

Welcome.

You will need another diseqc switch, they generally only have 1 output. It does not matter whether you get one with 2 or 4 inputs, ports can remain unused. However, one of your dishes has a single port LNB, so you will need to change that too.
