Flashing n lost my channels

Hi guys I flashed my mutant HD51. Today all went well but basicly I lost all my expensive channels 😉 I got my details etc n tried to put them via the box ip:8888 but no clue where n how to put the port numbers or the most of the details. If anyone can help it be much appreciated
