IPTV how to set up

Hi guys

Just recently i was running a paid sub through plex on a nowtv box
But S-y being S-y they decided to do an update which removed all side loaded apps and rendered the box as a door stop basically.
I have been trying for a few hours trying to work out this IPTV set up so i can get my private subscription back.
Im running a vu+duo got the iptv player in but dont know how to add my subscription to the player.
Seems to be way over my head any help would be great.
