On screen Error

Does anyone know what the this on screen error is and how to rectify.
I assume it's something to do with the softcam but before I start breaking it further or completely starting a fresh, I would like to know if it's an easy fix.

Can you exit out of it and get into softcam manager again?? Maybe press menu in there and disable frozen check. Guessing here lol
