Cross EPG downloader not working

OCTAGON SF8 HD receiver. Set cross EPG up working fine.

Now cross EPG is not populated and when I press blue button>cross EPG downloader the blue bar appears at the bottom then disappears after 1 second and the doesn't load the epg.

Any ideas?

Have tried pressing yellow download on cross EPG>opentv providers, but epg is showing king of Kong on every single channel.

are you using vix 5, I have a issue with the single epg showing duplicates on some programs and gaps. I think there is a fault in vix, not cross epg.

No fault in ViX, working fine here. User setup error maybe?
