Rec showing on display

I have setup my hdd all is working fine , records fine etc , but once recording has stopped. REC still shows on the display on the front of box.

any reason for this?? I have double checked that im definately not recording still :confused:

Have you Timeshift set to be always on?

Yeah, I had the same issue as you are having. When I had timeshift enabled it always left the REC indicator on. I couldn't find a way to have it left enabled and the REC light off..

I get REC showing if I stream channels to XBMC. Stays after the stream has finished but disappears eventually.
