i am trying to change my epg

when I go into cross epg setup

it say preferred lamedb5 or main lamedb

also how to I get channels into right order as I have

bbc one ni hd
itvhd-
sly dis--y
any help please

What do you mean? EPG is your 7 day channel guide. Channels in order are your Bouquets. 2 different things. Explain yourself better please. Posting pictures preferably from WebIf, if this will help you.
