Xtrend et8000 not showing sky channels

Hi

Came down this morning to find box not showing any sat channels only freeview, i have upgraded box to the new 5.2 upgrade but still not working. i have also tried to update EPG and Channels but still no joy...any advice on how to fix

Have you tried restarting your softcam? Blue button > Softcam manager > Yellow button to restart.

Freeview channels (using aerial) are working.

What about free to air channels on satellite?

Give us a clue to your set up,
Satellite / cable / terrestrial

have you got a softcam installed and running?
Are the sky channels showing in your channel list
do you have epg data showing in the graphical epg
Have you got a good network connection?
Please do not mention any card sharing / servers

answers to your questions is yes i have restarted softcam and no change, Sky channels are showing with epg info but no picture and i have sky, freeview, irish in that order. All freeview channels work but the free to air SKY channels do not so i am guessing some software isnt working or no channels would be working

Menu - information - network. Have you got an IP adrress
