GigaBlue HD Ultra UE Box maybe wrong flash Red led only

Hi guys
Think I may had flashed my box GigaBlue HD Ultra UE
with ultra800HD instead all I get is red LED no display

any way to recover it

hi did you get anywhere with this? just got back off hols and my ultra hd was constantly rebooting and not starting, i went to flash the box but stuck on the red light only now. I have a null modem cable but cant find any software to try and communicate with the box. Is there a gutted smiley lol :confused:

just reflash it with the right image. make sure your usb stick is fat32 formatted

hi john doe,
tried numerous times to reflash numerous images, the box is unresponsive. red light only. hooked it up to my old lappy (with xp and null modem connection) i used to flash the openboxes with but cannot find any sort of software to reflash it it that way. Had a look at the vu software and the dream box stuff.
My problem was or maybe that i flashed the 800ue bootloader instead of the ultra hd bootloader in my haste to fix the constant rebooting; i did flash firmware 1st but was still rebooting half way through so thought i would start from scratch.
I read that some folk have brought their giga 800's back to life after wrong bootloader by using a jtag tool for around 8 quid on amazon but i can only find instructions on that box on how its done, so not sure if the same thing would work for ultra ue.
have you seen owt on your travels whereby you can point me in the right direction?

Hallo..did you repair receiver? i also have faulty gigablue ultra ue red light ..and cant connect with rs 232 also jtag..did you make connection in jtag?
