Vu Solo2 and remote control problem

Someone may have had what i'm experiencing.

everything was working fine up to about 3 weeks ago.

and then for no reason i can recall the remote control seems to be playing up.

if i use remote to change channel via up button , it will change. but if i want to change up again it wont do it.
i can change by highlighting a list and scrolling up and then selecting.

another example. if i turn off by pressing standby, it wont turn on again unless i press a different function key first (OK) and then standby.

if i try and fast forward an online movie, i press the forward button until the timer bar appears, then it wont fast forward unless i press rewind first and then forward.

Hope someone understands what im describing.

What a knob!

it was the batteries!!!

Having experienced this for a month and browsing the troll of internet, FINALLY i managed to solve the problem. No need to re-flash or buy new remote. I just had to change BOTH the batteries (changing one will not be okay) on the remote. IF it still does not work, change the brand and/or type of AAA batteries and it should work. Good Luck:p
