Mutant 1500HD

I purchased a new Mutant 1500HD flashed with VIX image ver 4.2.013 only tested and put back in the box
recently I got it out for use, connected it to the my local LAN but found out the Network adapter ip address
is missing. I will highly appreciate if anyone can assist in resolving the issue.

plug it back in and wait till it on fully. then check if your ip is set. if not restart your router and run a network test. you may want to consider to flash the recent image, as 013 is old. this may sort the issue, just remember to back up your image and plugins

is DHCP switched on the box? I assume your network is configured for DHCP....

When you give it a manual IP address - does it connect to the network?
