freezing and loosing channels

Hi got a vu solo 2 on vix image tried loading kodi then the addons but as soon as I go to load some thing box just freezes so have to switch box of and on but when I do I have to load all tv channels again box does not seem to store them so have to load them all any help with kodi or channels would be most thank full

now put kodi on all I get is a black screen tried unstalling via plugin extensions but does not take it off to try installing back on help with this aswell please

I've always found kodi rubbish on solo2. you best getting a amazon stick or something similar

what Cccam got to do with kodi?

Before using Kodi, make sure usb/hdd is mounted as /media/hdd then .kodi data will be on the /media/hdd.

The 16.1 RC had limitation on formats, 16.1(not RC) when compiled on OpenPLI was better than any official 16.1 RC release, however Kodi 17 works alot better than 16.1 RC.

If you ever get freeze in Kodi when on enigma2 just TELNET and type

killall kodi.bin

That will take you back to plugin menu without need of turning off box.

Don't install a build, install addon by addon, test each one.
