Can you record one, watch another?

Interested in purchasing this box. I can see it only has one terrestrial tuner, but it says 'hybrid'. Not sure what a hybrid tuner is. If any one could shed some light on this for me would be much appreciated!

No its a single tuner receiver. You can use as either cable or terrestrial but not both (at the same time).
