How do you install this as every time I try I get a not possible to install error

there seems to be an issue with only a few users i can download and install it ok

have you updated the software fully

Fully upto date. Maybe need to reflash

if you reflash i have found that first instal the filebrowser plugin then update and you will have it

report back your finding trying it this way that i suggeseted
