Solo 2 remote

Hi All, make this has brief as I can
solo2 since christmas, general newbie issues but now all good except
My remote stops working, things I have done
reset remote, paired remote to tv, turned light sensor off, paper over sensor, flashed the box, the one that seems to work for about one hour (below) then I have to do it all again

To update the remote itself

press and hols 2 and 7 for three seconds untill the led turns red
press help
press 0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004
this will then allow you to use your selected vu+ model

Why after 2 months is this happening, please help

"press 0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004" this only works in conjunction with a plugin on the remote called remote control code or something like that. VUs can communicate with 4 different IR code sets and to do that both the remote and the box have to use the same code. At least one of the 4 codes must work with your box otherwise there is something else wrong.

Have you checked battery? Have you checked with the camera of your cell phone if the remote sends out commands?

Thanks, thats what i do and it works for a hour or so then i have to do it again, i will try 0003, the batteries are fine thanks
