Can't view titles when recorded

Hi am trying to watch some recordings I have on my box but I'm struggling to view them due to the titles been shrunk on the screen and you can't fully read then. How do you increase the size of the lines when viewing?

You have too many lines enabled. When viewing the list press menu. In there is the option to reduce the number of lines.
