tuner problems

Hi all,
I want to scan other satellites (19.2, 13e and 30w)
Im running vix 1.3
Im presently watching Astra 28.2e 2a/2b/2d/eurobird
when I go to tuner/scan, I can no longer see any other satellite options
all Im getting is the option of
Astra 2a/2b/2d/eurobird or all satellites 1,all satellites 2,all satellites 3, all satellites 4

any ideas on how to get back all satellite options?

Whats your setup? Are you on a motor?

Im on a motot but I no longer have the option of any other satellites, there no longer in the list
for example, this is what you do to scan a selected satellite
menu
setup
service searching
tuner config
configuration mode - Advanced
next is satellite
then LNB
etc

under satellite selection all i have is Astra 2a/2b/2d/eurobird or all satellites 1,all satellites 2,all satellites 3, all satellites 4
I want the option for hotbird, astra 19.2 and Hispasat

how do I get this option back?

I reflashed and I now have the option of all satellites
