Vu solo 2 frozen

Hi today when i was installing kodi plug in on openvix the box crashed when it rebooted it is now stuck on the wallpaper page the remote is unresponsive tried unplugging and switching of at the rocker switch too no avail front of box says vu + solo 2 . only had it since November purchased from world of sat hope someone can help.

I had the same prob of box hanging on boot up screen. Could onkly resolve be a fresh reflash. At least I'm now on 4.2.0.30, was on 4.2.0.23 previously.

Happened when I was downloading the Openvix Blue HD skin.

There is very little you can do that would "brick" a modern receiver in the true sense of the word, barring messing up a bootloader flash. Even then most can be resurrected by j-tagging, although the kit to j-tag can be difficult to source and operate for the novice.
