FireTV Issue Streaming from Solo2 - Glitching

I have SPMC installed on my FireTV. I have Solo2 streaming to SPMC. It pulls in my EPG perfectly fine, however on HD channels, it's pretty much unwatchable, and on SD channels, there's glitching every few seconds. Just to note, these are FTA channels, and I am running an internal gigabit wired network.

Refresh rate on Solo2 is set to 50HZ.

iPerf between Solo2 and FireTV shows a solid 96Mbit/s.

Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Well, I used Maintenance Tool and edited the network settings in that xml.

The cache memory buffer size varies depending on how much available you have.. Here is a YT vid some dude did, try his settings and see if it helps! There is another vid somewhere that shows you how to calc what the best setting is for your Fire TV..
