Autobouquets hide sections not working?

When I press the TV button I do not wish to see all the bouquets such as Children's, Adult, Special Interests etc etc etc. I just want to see what I am interested in.
I thought that "Autobouquets hide sections" was there to do this but I might be wrong.

Though I have ticked the boxes for Adult, Special Interests etc etc etc and saved before exiting nothing has changed and all the bouquets are still there.

Any help you can give me will be most appreciated.

Have you ran a scan after choosing to hide them?

Yep do a rescan then restart box.

Is this using Autobouquetsmaker or autobouqetes e2? Is it that the bouquets are removed but they are still in the all channels bouquet?

Many thanks Geys for your quick replies, a rescan did the job. No more wading through dozens of options. Thank goodness for this forum.
