Strange frequency i just can't get on my ET9200

Hi there

I have a strange situation about receiving frequency 11608 H 1852 5/6 Rasd TV on the Intelsat 14, 45 west
this signal stays 0 % when i attach another sat receiver it is no problem i get a rating of 54% of signal strength.

i can receive the radio channels on 11605 H 989 2/3 41%
i can also get a data signal on 11475V 1600 3/4 60%

Has the ET 9200 a tuner problem on this frequency ,it just doesn't make sense

Tuner is not up to it. Most tuners in E2 boxes are crap at low symbol rates, especially higher FECs.
