Hi

This is no longer working on build OpenViX 4.2.021 (2016-12-20)

Any ideas

Just a simple restart of the receiver can correct this "most times".

All you need to do is A/ make a backup of your settings etc by doing Blue button > ViX > Backup manager > Green button to save settings. Then B/ exit one > Image Manager > Yellow button > Highlight the latest image, in this case should be 4.2.029 & Green button to download. After a few press the Red button to close the window, highlight the image you have just downloaded and press the Blue button to restore and say Yes when prompted. After the Ofgwrite flashing has been completed and the STB has rebooted you will be at the FIW (First Install Wizard), just go through the first initial setup bits and you will be asked if you wish to restore settings and then restore plugins, just say Yes to both.
