Scrambled EPG

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to get my EPG into some sort of order?
If I press the EPG button the channels are not in any order, if I can I would like to get them either alphabetically or like movies, sport, entertainment etc etc
Using cross EPG btw.

Haven't a clue what you mean. Maybe attaching photo's may help you get a response.

Press TV and choose your favourites bouquet then Menu - Enable move mode.

You are viewing EPG while in All channels bouquet. Why don't you select a different bouquet?

How did you make your bouquets? If you answer about bouquets, we may be able to help you find a better solution. EPG is a bit difficult but can be done.
