Strange tuner behavior

I recently found that the box is trying to use a tuner on a fixed 28.2 dish when I try to look at channels on 19.2, it switches to tuner I, which the motor dish is normally on, if I pick any other satellites like 23, 16, 13 etc.
I have tried re-configuring the tuners with the motor dish on A or B but the box still tries to use one of the fixed dish tuners for 19.2.
Have tried 3 different settings packages but no difference.
I can get tuner I to put the dish on 19.2 with the manual scan settings but it goes straight back to trying to use tuner A when I go back to the channel list for 19.2.
Only other thing I can think of is trying another image, which I would rather avoid as tried a couple when I first got the Solo 4K and could never get oscam to work on them.

Select a channel on 19.2E from the channel list, press OK twice, screen goes blank, no motor dish movement indication, then message comes up saying tune failed and info bar at the bottom of screen is indicating tuner A is being used.

when you go to tuner configuration and select advance, the first satellite is 19.2. You may have changed setting on that but not realised.

Go into advance and double check 19.2

I made same mistake and took a while to realise what had happened.

Wondered if I was going to be very embarrassed there but have checked again and tuners A and B are both set to 28.2 only, tuner I is set to simple and positioner.
To double check I set tuner A as the preferred tuner and it receives channels off 28.2, I had noticed when preferred tuner was set to auto that it always seemed to use tuner B.
Also tried a few different satellites again and same thing still happening only on 19.2.

Upload your settings file. You will find it in /etc/enigma2. You have to zip it before you can attach it.

Not sure if I still have a relevant settings file, I put Openpli on the box earlier and can view channels on 19.2 with it. Used same notes I set Openvix tuners etc., up from and same malimali settings files.

The file called "settings", not channel data. Almost all the settings of the receiver are contained in the file called "settings" located in /etc/enigma2
