unable to pickup bt sport channels on 28.2 anymore

Hello

I have been unable for some time few months to pickup bt sport channels on my SF8hd running openvix
checked frequencies at lyngsat below

tried blind and manual scan to no avail

What version of Vix are you running.

I'd make sure you are on the most up to date and then re run your Autobouquets scan.

thanks for reply but isnt softcam just means to descramble channels - i cant actually get the channels when doing channel scan or am i missing something
