problem on recording

can someone look into an issue with the fast forward and rewind of recordings, on some recordings it will only fast forward up to 8 times speed and will not rewind and on others will fast forward up to full speed 128 times speed and will also do in rewind this is happening on gigablue quad plus boxes i have 3 of these boxe and all have the same problem and are all the same spec
same image same build no same skin skyq 1tb hard drive can you look into this please thanks :eek:

I'm using the same model box on 4.2.028. No issues with FF or REW. Works up to 128x in either direction. I presume you are referring to recordings made on the box? Using the number keys 3, 6 and 9 will jump ahead in the recording 15s, 1m and 5m which is very handy for skipping ad breaks. Ditto 1, 4 and 7 will skip back.

no the problem is the first part works ok on some recordings backwards and forward and not on others please monitor your recording to see if you get this issue and let me know thanks image is 4.2.026 and image before this one .........
