From OpenVix 4.2 027, we are now able to create messages that the receiver will download and display. The messages are not being sent automatically, you are downloading them.
This hopefully deals with situations in the past where people do not see the notices on the forum or Twitter. The message will stay on your screen screen until you decide what to do.
The messages can be receiver, image specific or generic for everyone.
