Same as any other E2 Vix box. Plugins, skins. Then menu, system, user interface, skin setup to apply.

Do you know how to reinstall plugins as mine seem to have been deleted

Same as skins. Look in plugins in the different sections. Or if you've reflashed then look in Vix menu backup manager see if have settings can restore?
