ITV Box Office HD now on 28.2 needs adding to ABM

Sky Digital: A new channel has started in DVB-S2 VideoGuard: ITV Box Office HD (United Kingdom) on 11068.00MHz, pol.V SR:23000 FEC:3/4 SID:20825 PID:2330[MPEG-4] /2331 English.

You can scan conventionally or run ABM in SD/HD mode. There are no programs yet.

The EPG/Channel ID is 6013. We can whitelist if/when appropriate.

Abu: Yeah it would be great if it was added, according to the Sky TV Guide it is on Channel 493

It will be whitelisted only if it clears. No point otherwise.

Scan the transponder manually and the channel can be accessed in the satellite menu. Or in ABM, use the SD region instead of custom.

ITV box office hd is showing previews and advertising the up coming fight on sky boxes at the moment but it is not clearing on other sat boxes so it looks like it is scrambled.

Yes i'm aware it needs a card what I'm saying is it looks like it is encrypted like the other hd channels which can only be viewed on a sky+hd/Q receiver.

Encrypted means it needs a card, it's not free. Best to not to confuse things by adding a different/additional meaning of encrypted.

The way i understand it is on VM it will operate behind the events channel same as SBO so we may have to invent a channel place for it.

Do you actually see anything on this channel on VM? Just added your code, channel is there, but its blank, nothing showing

With that code, SBO on 1000, ITV BO on 1001 and Prime Events on 1002. Without these mods, SBO maps to 43, ITV BO maps to 40 and Prime maps to 50. ITV BO is still showing a Black & White promo like the screenshots posted previously.

Is there anyway to edit the virgin uk xml file to add itv ppv to the hd bouquet? I did try to add the channel number to the hd channels on top but that doesn't work it's like abm doesn't understand it'san hd channel

Apparently according to another site it will also be available on the Astra 28.2 satellites, that is for those that can view the Sly channels on their non-sly boxes.
