gigablue ultra hd ue delivered seems faulty

Hi i have just had a gigablue ultra hd ue 1xsat & 2xcable tuners delivered this afternoon, and it seems faulty, it came pre flashed with vix, and only tuner a is showing up, tuner b and c just dont show, iv re flashed vix, tried vix 3.2 .15, and even tried openmips, sill only showing tuner a, iv been trying to call wos all afternoon but theres no answer, can anyone help please.

Undo the casing and check the tuners, one could have dislodged thus the reason being not recognised.

Take one of the cable tuners out and see if that gets recognised. Its happened on Xtrend's I've done for peeps before, so nothing new.

tuner a is fixed, b and c are a dual dvb-c tuner, cheers.
