when watch a film from internal hdd or an external usb sleep timer not work and the the et9000 not go in standby. Have you a solution for this problem? If it went into standby when you were watching a recording playback then you wouldn't be able to watch the playback.
So it won't go into standby when it's playing back a recording.

You'd need to:

Configure your recording playback to go back to live TV at the end of a recording playback.

Open MovieList. Menu -> Menu -> "Behavior when a movie reaches the end" - set to "Return to previous service"

Set a PowerTimer to put the box into Standby after <n> minutes.
Menu -> Timers -> Power Timers -> Add

Timer type: auto standby
Sleep delay: what you want (say 030 or 060)
Repeat type: repeated

not work. return but sleep timer not work. So, the playback ends and you go back to the screen displaying a "watched" channel.
And it stays there (displaying that channel), even though you have a PowerTimer set to put it into Standby?

Although when you say "sleep", do you mean not displaying a picture, or actually shutdown?

Powertimers work fine on my ET9200 (and other boxes).
