It looks like you're storing epg.dat to flash memory, which is not a good idea.
should be going to my hard drive, will have to check that out

could this be the problem?

This is the issue:
<151107.868> [eEPGCache] store epg to realpath '/etc/enigma2/epg.dat'
<151107.868> [eEPGCache] not enough free space at 'hàrhàrP–árP–ár.dat' 352604160 bytes available but 429487972 needed
The flash is full. Normally that would require a flash, but maybe you can save your system by simply deleting the file '/etc/enigma2/epg.dat'
If that works, set EPG to be saved to any local device xmt flash (HDD or USB).
Anyway: now you've learned the hard way why we advise not to store epg in flash :)
Well that is the strange thing I have always had my EPG saved to my HHD this only started after
updating to the latest firmware, still getting the spinners and frozen screen when I reboot
also now having problems with my tuners

Maybe filling up flash memory has corrupted a file?
I'd go back to an earlier image (or settings backup), make sure the epg is being saved to hdd, do a settings backup, and then re-flash the latest image and do a settings restore.
If you take image backups, that is the easiest way to go back a few days to restore a working system (epg apart).
I have done a fresh install, everything was working fine until I reconnected my internet again
and load backup setting
Do you have port forwarding to the box set up on your router?

More likely a settings fault (in the restored settings), e.g. the (EPG) storage device that's in the old settings not being available and hence reverting to the default location (= flash).
ok thanks that problem is now sorted with a fresh install,
but now getting a no free tuner error

Then it looks like your tuner configuration is incorrect.
Please tell us your LNB hardware setup and show us a screenshot of your tuner configuration.
ok seems my problems returned, after installing cccam
and went away again after removing cccam and installing oscam
never had this problem with the older firmware.
The tuner issue is after starting the box from standby if i restart
the tuners work fine until I put the box in standby
