recording HELP

Hi all just got rid of a vu duo which was very slow needed updating all time got advised vu solo 2 was a good box but how do I watch 1prog and record another got latest vix image on HELP PLEASE CAN I DO THIS

Do you have a internal HDD installed? as you cant without it or an external usb HDDto record too

you do not say How many cables that you have running to the Receiver as you will need 2 separate cables to record a program and watch another unless they are on the same transponder, and ideally you should also have a internal Hard Drive fitted but you can get away with using a External one but then it can start to get complicated and have problems if you do not use one that has its own power supply

all sorted now got 2 cables to back of box but on setting had tuner b loop to tuner a should have put on own tuner
