Feeds problem

Hello all
I have an xtrend 9500 image release 4.2.023 and when I goto install plugins page I get sorry feeds are down and the same when I check for software updates but I don't think it's the feeds as they work fine on my gigablue box any advice would. would​ be appreciated thanks

On the main page the feeds status is set to unstable, it is usual under 'orange' for this to happen.
Wait for the icon to go Green and try again, if problem then still persists reboot box.
