Stuck on starting

Hello all, new this so apologies in advance. I have a VU + Solo 2 with Vix image which was working perfectly until sat morning. It is now stuck on starting and I have tried to reflash but it is not picking up USB . Any help or ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks, D48.

You must have updated from an image prior 021 (4.2) so you will need to do a fresh flash via usb. You need to format usb to fat32, extract the image to the usb. If that usb doesn't work, you will need to try some other usb.
