help needed please

hi recently
iv been unable to download plugins and unable to update the box itself, seems i have lost some setting and the backup i have installed doesn't seem to be doing anything to fix the situation
any help would be gratefully appreciated

i had similar problem last week.
apparently ocrams picons feed is no more.
abu baniaz advised me to go into plugins and uninstall it,then restart the box.
it worked for me.
my box is vu zero.

where would i find that plugin please

no cant find it installed when trying to select a plugin to remove :(

Are you really on 3.1? If so that's your problem. You will need to flash 4.2.023 and set up from scratch. No settings or plugin restore.

i was on the most recent but had the issues of not being able to get updates or plugins i did restore on a couple of them but like an idiot i deleted all the backups, i have been reading the guides but when i insert the usb the box just boots up as normal but I'm not sure i have the correct files as I'm using as mac when a zip file is dl is automatically opens but inside there is some folders that are zips too when i open they then created another zip can send screenshot if like
