EPG shortend

Hi thanks have installed Extrend ET7500 and all setup but having probs with EPG have all listed but it is short on each line EG BBC is now BC1 and ATLANTIC is now LANTIC etc: how can i alter it or were do i do this so the full name is showing please help :confused:

Sounds as though you have your TV set to overscan, so you are missing the edges of the full screen.
