Hi All i have just got a Extrend 7500 for my parents and after getting to the tuning and configuring tuner will not do it keeps saying failed any ideals please there old openbox still works fine :confused:

How have you got the tuners setup? Also check cabling & f-connectors to the rear of the receiver.
