hi there is there anybody having the same problem, ...hot have changed their frequencies to 11200 tried this and downloaded but with no effect have erased channels but seem to be getting the same ones back, :mad:

which satellite ?
have you tried downloading a new satellites.xml as this is the file that your receiver reads so that it knows what transponders it has to scan on what satellites.

not sure, but I would leave it a few days, then try again, as there move, may have hit a few snags,
