Hi, by mistake I have restored 'Factory Settings' and without a backup (wrong thing I now know), now I cannot find 28E Eutelsat 28A & Astra 2A/2E/2F, all I have is Astra 2E/2F/2G, when I select service scan I get 'No Channels found'. How do I get this back?

Static,Dish is aligned correctly, as it works with either freesat box or openbox v8 all Sky channels channels(borrowed from friend)

Well before you select "service scan" you will need to re-set up your tuner to the sly bird....??

Have done that every time, but still get the same result, so I must be doing something wrong. I have tuner A set up and tuner B looped

Then swap them about to see what results you get...

If using loopthrough on the Solo2, the feed needs to go to tuner B, with tuner A set as loopthrough to B.

if you using openvix, then go into ABM and setup form there and scan for channels

Hi Yall, thanks for all your help so far. I have done the following and have had some success 1. Changed over tuners supply from A to B that has given me some channels, they are the 'Freesat one's, the others are shown but not working. 2. New error now SoftCam CCcam failure. I have tried to re- entered the CCcam cline into the var/etc folder as it does not appear to be there any longer, but with no luck.

Do you mean you try to enter the cfg, file [ which has your line in it ] to /etc....

Hi, well I don't really know what I have done, but after re-starting the softcam several times after resetting and re-installing CCcam and the cline all now appears to work. Thanks to all of you who helped me get sorted, obviously I was ouy of my depth.
