Sat tuner issue

I having issue since yesterday

Came out standby and I had tune fail message so I restarted the box and everting was okay but changed to cable tuner to watch, but when I changed back sat tuner I had blank screen (see error.jpg)


So been trying to see what was the issue

Come out of standby get error
Restart sat box is working fine and if stay on sat no issues at all
Change to cable tuner then later change to sat A tuner error
If restart box sat tuner working,

So if come out Standby or changing to Cable tuner then going to sat I have the issue


Things have done

Swap the sat cable from tuner A to B same issue

Could anyone help on this
