The clock stops

I have been getting gradually annoyed at this for the past month now. I have already updated the box many times, however the clock seems to stick and not move. It can take a day, sometimes 4 but it will stick but the screen gets brighter at that time. After a reboot however, it goes back to normal.

I have owned Vu boxes for a few years now, and never had this issue before, ever, so what is causing this to happen on my 4k box?

There was a bug with lCD4linux earlier in the image build, affected users where told to do something, i can't remember what, i have my own config that i have used since i first discovered lcd4linux worked on the Solo4k so i wasn't affected by it.
